Upon arrival in Kaikoura, ”where mountains meet the sea”, your once in a lifetime Whale Watch experience begins by boat. On this New Zealand Tourism Award winning tour, you will enjoy close encounters with giant Sperm whales, year round permanent residents of Kaikoura. Also New Zealand Fur seals, pods of acrobatic Dusky dolphins and often see endangered Royal Albatross. Depending on the season, you may also see migrating Humpback whales, Pilot whales, Blue whales, Southern Right whales, the world's largest dolphin, the Orca, and the world's smallest and rarest dolphin, Hector's.

2:30pm	Visit Fur seal colony, township sightseeing
3:30pm	Wine tasting at Kaikoura winery
4:00pm	Depart Kaikoura
6:30pm	Arrive back in Christchurch
